Hi all I managed to find a old c100 frame in an old shed and thought I would see if I can restore it so have been acquiring parts from all over East anglia I know there is still a serious amount to be done and clean up will commence when I have all the parts together I have no number plate or log book but there is a frame number I'm not sure what to do next before I go any further I would be happier if it had a registration document and log book in my name is this possible thanks in advance Stephen

It has to be a complete bike to get it registered capable of moving under it's own power (something like that) it doesn't mean it actually has to run just that it is mainly all there ie with engine and wheels not boxes of bits.

Actually, as far as DVLA is concerned, it has to be ready for the road before you register it and, if it was under 40 years old, it would need an MoT first. However, with MoT exemption, yo can get away with it looking complete and running.
