Maybe electric roller drive without altering any of the original bike & a big battery in the cargo box 🤔

The problem with this sort (ie: with a steering column down the back of the box) is that they're inherently unstable and become difficult to control at speeds above about 6mph. The sort where the box pivots on the front axle centre point - like this one: would be a much better candidate for motorising. Even better would be Ackermann steering: Trojan actually did motorise a Pashley death-trap: for photographic purposes - I don't know if anyone attempted to ride it.
