I don't think it's a Zündapp - The engine is very much like one but the Zündapp has a two-piece crankcase cover. Not that I have any better suggestion ... I wonder if the word Husky on the tank is a clue ... or a red herring?

I dont know what bike it is but the car looks like a vauxhall victor 101 estate my dad had one that he spent every weekend repairing as it was like triggers broom he replaced just about every mechanical part on that car

The car registration is either DFR347C or EFR347C ... a Blackpool registration. The letters on the bike could be RTC (Lancashire), RTG (Glamorganshire) or RTO (Nottingham) ... so, given the Blackpool number on the car, Lancashire seems most likely. Forward RTC dates from 1953 and RTC was next used with a C suffix, which would date the bike to August 1965.
