1974 AV92 in a fetching, original shade of orange. £800 This is an oily rag machine not a show pony. It runs and rides but has been usurped by a bigger machine. The transfer box is fine, with no oil leak and plenty of oil therein. The variators variate and the belt is new, as are the tyres and some other minor fittings inc. handlebar grips. The lights work as they should and there is a current V5C; it is licenced as a historic vehicle. The registration it carries now is the 3rd on this bike; the original 6 character number was transferred by the owner and replaced with another, age related 6 character number which was once again transferred leaving the bike with an age related 7 character number. The number is now carried on the bike on a 3 row plate as is permitted on a bike of this age. There is documentary evidence to give provenance to the registration history of the bike.
Photos are of the bike when I purchased it with worn out tyres and red foam handlebar grips.
