The Federation of British Vehicle Clubs has its AGM on 12 October and, as a member club, we can send a delegate. I cannot attend on that day; would anyone else like to go? The AGM is at Hunt House (HQ of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club) in Paulerspury near Towcester. The business of the AGM takes place in the morning, from 11 o'clock - I can't promise much excitement there - but there's also a conference in the afternoon. The subject of this year's conference is 'The Engagement of the Younger Generation'. Lunch is provided.
As well as the formal business of the day, it's a good opportunity to meet up with representatives of other clubs and to exchange ideas. There will also be representatives from Peter James there to discuss any insurance matters. It's also an opportunity to gaze at lots of Rolls Royce engines!
If anyone's interested, please let me know soon as the place has to be booked by 27th September (too soon to put this in The MAC - but maybe someone could raise the question on Facebook?)
